First-time developer setup: replace the FIREBASE_CONFIG values near the top of the script with your Firebase Web App configuration, enable Email/Password Authentication and create a Firestore database. After that, share the same hosted software link with different water-can businesses. Each account gets its own isolated cloud data.
Reset Pending closes only that customer's current balance and starts a new billing cycle from today. Their delivery/payment history stays saved.
